The Only Way is Up

From the simple to more tricky arm balances, inversions and the essential transitions between, this workshop will break down the sticky poses of the dynamic Rocket Yoga sequences.

From eka pada bakasana, galavasana, pincha mayurasana, ashtavakrasana, koundinyasana, parsva bakasana, “mulabhanda check-ups”, floating in, jumping back, all the way to handstands, we will work on finding lightness in the poses and in your approach to them. Whether you are very close, or no way near, there is a version of the pose that you can work on so that when it comes in the flow, there’s less stopping to think and more continuing on. Figure out how to navigate your way up, over, through, back and onto the next; taking your practice towards a moving mediation rather than a bumpy ride of peaks and troughs.
